We offer whole or half a cows as well as individual steaks and hamburg.
Whole or half cows $6.25lb hanging weight.
Whole cow average hanging weight is 700lbs to 800lbs.
Half cow average hanging weight is 350lbs to 400lbs.
All beef is hung for two weeks and flash frozen.
